Off the shelf training plans are from $10-25AUD depending on the distance and whether its PDF or online
Our technique plan is currently for the running part of your triathlon journey and for 4 weeks costs just $25AUD (£14)
We can also include a strength and conditioning workout into your programme for $45 (£24)
If you want to add in some 1-1 Facetime or Whatsapp video calls we can do that too for $60AUD (£33)
