WHAT PEOPLE SAY

When running, I used to worry about blowing up and not being able to get home. I used to worry about being so tired I’ll stop concentrating, lose my footing and twist my knee.

 

Except I do my knee exercises and my fitness has improved, so these weren’t real issues - it was just a habit I’d formed and I would “reward” myself with a little walk. 

 

You’ve worked hard to build my fitness, endurance and confidence, and I’m very grateful.
