Unhappy with generic training plans? These plans will guide you through 12-18 weeks with 3-4 runs each week, and a deload week every 4th week to allow you time to recover. Using TrainingPeaks as the online platform, you will set your own training zones so that each session, based on your %threshold heartrate, is specific to you. You upload your workouts each time, directly syncing from your watch, and although I am not specifically coaching you, I will still see what you are up to and may well comment every now and again. You can consider it as a small amount of accountability! TrainingPeaks have free accounts, and if you are lucky enough to get in quickly, I have one linked account available to me, otherwise you may have to upgrade to Premium if you want me to see and comment on what you are doing. I have a beginners 5k, Improvers 5k 12-week plan, 10k 8-week plan Half marathon 12 or 18-week plan full marathon 12-week plan.
