Service Description

Video analyis of your running form with detailed analysis and feedback, together with drills to work on to improve your technique, speed and reduce injury risk

Cancellation Policy

Any class or session cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be forfeited and should be paid for by the client. If more than 12 hours notice, a full refund is given or the session is credited, or you can reschedule.
