Service Description

There is no doubt that strength training is essential for everyone, regardless of their athletic ability. You might be a seasoned athlete wanting to stay injury free and get faster, or you might just want to keep healthy and fit in your progressing years! I have 10 years of experience working with a wide range of people with many different goals, so I know I can create a great programme to help you.


Cancellation Policy

Any class or session cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be forfeited and should be paid for by the client. If more than 12 hours notice, a full refund is given or the session is credited, or you can reschedule.
