A more tech-savvy runner may prefer to set up a free Training Peaks account and purchase one of our online plans. They would be the same as the PDF but fully integrated with your diary and GPS watch so you can download and track your results. These are slightly more expensive but still within the budget of the average runner wanting to improve.
If you want the bells and whistles, the gold standard coaching service is fully bespoke through Training Peaks where we write the programme just for you, based on your currentl fitness, goals, weaknesses, strengths and history. It involves getting to know you and understanding what makes you tick.
