About Me

My coaching ethos is to embrace variety and enjoy what you do

This is me:  Alison Smith, who, after several years in the corporate world finally took the plunge in 2012 and qualified as a fitness professional, Triathlon and strength and conditioning coach, setting up my own multisport business.

After five years in the UK coaching runners and triathletes, as well as working with personal training clients, myself and my business moved to Australia in 2018 where I strengthened my swimming coaching skills, learnt a different perspective to endurance coaching and additonally worked with athletes remotely as a correspondance coach.

There are 4 pillars to my coaching philosophy, which I firmly believe in:

  • Endurance

  • Strength

  • Rest & recovery

  • Fuel

Each one factors heavily in what I do and how I commumicate with clients and athletes.
